Shipping Information We generally ship using the United States Postal Service. For standard domestic shipping, the shipping the cost should appear with your product. 6% sales tax will be added to all Florida and Connecticut orders.
International Shipping There will be an upcharge for International shipping. If you contact us at prior to placing your order we can give you a quote of the exact shipping charges.
Delivery Times Expect delivery of clubs in a week to 10 days for US orders. On International orders it will be closer to 2 to 3 weeks depending on where we are shipping. (Canadian Order 1 to 2 weeks) If you need faster shipping or have special shipping requirements please contact us prior to ordering for quote. The 2nd Day Air shipping option is not available for clubs.
Warranty:- Our merchandise is warranted to the original purchaser only, for a period of one year from the date of purchase, or in the case of clothing and "soft goods", 60 days. Our products are warranted solely against defects in workmanship and materials when used under normal playing conditions. The warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, in shipment, unreasonable use and neglect. This warranty does not cover third party workmanship, or the wear on grips which is inevitable in use. Our obligation will be to repair or replace the product, at our sole discretion.
Damaged Merchandise:- Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects:- If a product appears to have a manufacturer's defect, notify us by E-mail with a description of the problem and your purchase information. We will evaluate the situation and will advise you accordingly. If the item is to be returned then we will provide a Return Authorizaion number and shipping instructions. No packages can be returned and accepted without the Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.
Return Merchandise Policy:- Permission must be be secured from our Return Department for any returns. No merchandise can be accepted without a valid cause or an Authorization number. You must advise us by E-mail within 2 weeks of receipt of the item(s). All returns must be freight prepaid, and have the original packing slip. The return of non-defective merchandise when authorized may incur a 20% restocking charge at our discretion. The Authorization number must be written clearly on the outside of the box or it cannot be accepted. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. We will notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). You will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Limitation of Liability:- We are not responsible for incidental, special or consequential damages or losses due to defective products. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
