  It has taken close to two years to design, field test, make modifications, and finally create affordable shafts with superior dynamics. As you can see in the aggressive pricing in our "woods" section, our aim is to bring to the market high performance at reasonable cost. The basic design springs from our Bull Whip shaft concept done in the mid 90's, now with new enhancements, that will benefit any player of any talent level.

 The new Rapid Fire wood shaft is designed to help the golfer in two very important ways :-
      1- It increases club head speed.
      2- It squares the face at impact.

 - Increased club head speed means more distance. Tests using players of all skill levels including pro's show gains of between 10 to 20 yards, as compared to their big name clubs.

 - Squaring up the face combats the dreaded slice. This is especially valuable when using oversized heads, where it is difficult to turn the toe of the head to a square position at impact due to inertial drag. The same testers hit the ball much straighter - many hitting draws and hooks for the first time. On bad, outside to inside slice swings, the ball had a slight fade, but with much better carry than normal, and was in the fairway. Since slice swings are glancing blows. this squarer contact imparts more energy to the ball, yielding more distance.

 How it works:-
  - There are 3 flex points that serve as pivots - points of acceleration.

 - As the club is swung, the flex points release - fire - in sequential order. First F3, then F2, and finally F1. This sequenced acceleration is what provides higher impact velocity.

- In looking at the shaft release from a top view perspective, the head squares up to the ball as the bottom flex point - F1- releases.

 - Details:-

             - The shafts are available in 5 flexions -
                X- Stiff -      above 110 mph swing speed.
                Stiff -          100 to 110 mph and up swing speeds.
                Firm -          90 to 100 mph swing speeds.
                Regular -     80 to 90 mph swing speeds.
                Seniors -      75 to 80 mph swing speeds.
                Ladies -       under 75 mph swing speeds.

  - The cluster of all 3 flex points are positioned higher (towards the grip end) on stiff shafts to prevent the powerful player from hitting the ball at too high a launch angle.  The 3 flex points are progressively shifted lower (towards the tip) on the F,R and A shafts to achieve the proper launch angle for each category of player. 

  - These Rapid Fire multi flex shafts have been designed to be successfully used by all golfers of any talent level, from Pro's to seniors to high handicappers and the ladies.

   - Special note:- It is common to see players shove forward, pushing on the grip to gain power, as they swing. Their front shoulder is open, and their hands are ahead of the club face at impact. The club face is open at impact and the shaft has lost some of its stored energy. To gain maximum benefit from these shafts ( and this applies to standard shafts as well ) the player should try to swing the club head so that it catches up with the hands and is in line with the arms at impact. The feeling is as though you were throwing the clubhead down the fairway. This will fire the 3 flexes at maximum thrust, with the lowest one turning into the ball and squaring up the face.
